RESTORATION

LIVING/DINING ROOM

When Craftcare floor techs removed the carpeting to refinish the oak parquet flooring underneath shown in the photo above, they discovered extensive damage caused by animal urine. They painstakingly sanded and repaired each tile and were finally able to bring the floors back to life.

Craftcare refinished these 50 year-old red oak basket-weave pattern floors with a oil stain and a Fabulon oil-base finish system.

Light maple floors with a diamond shaped border pattern consisting of a OshKosh maple, white-oak and cherry inlay surrounding a first-grade maple tongue and groove flooring system. This floor, installed on a cement underfloor, graces a Pacific Heights Condo.

Craftcare designed this diagonal run to compliment the unique shape of this living room, using a select oak with purple heart feature strip in the border.

To create the appearance of a ship's galley, Craftcare designed this pattern in 2 different sizes of brazilian cherry laced with maple feature strip at an angle. The owner was delighted!
